concepts such as moves that change lead legs and those that don't, and turning ordinary, basic movements into not-so-
ordinary and more challenging moves and patterns. After this portion of the workshop, Rebecca leads a 43-minute high-low
aerobics class, using the same concepts and building an entire class consisting of four different and distinct
