Two fantastic step workouts by international presenter Boubaker (Bouba) Messaoud. You can do one workout or do them both back-to-back (32 and 30 minutes respectively). If you still haven't had enough, Bouba offers up a 14-minute bonus. The total workout length including warmup and cooldown is 90 minutes. Bouba's choreography is intermediate/advanced -- and just plain fun. This is one of those step workouts where you can simply relax, smile, and have a good time because Bouba builds the complexity in a logical and easy-to-follow way. Bouba is from North Africa where he taught for 15 years. Besides teaching step, he also teaches kickboxing and is a Second Degree Black Belt in Karate. |
