Cardio Flex by David Stauffer
Cardio Flex is two workouts, each containing a full warmup and cooldown/stretch. The first workout has a nice partner stretch at the end, and it can also be done on your own without a partner.

Workout #1 is Heart Intensity Training. David Stauffer starts with anaerobic cardio, followed by aerobic/toning cardio, then strength and toning. After these three pieces, you repeat the two cardio routines, giving you a real heart-pumping cardio blast. You'll need a step and an elastic exercise band. Heart Intensity Training is approximately 60 minutes.

Workout #2 is Total Body Conditioning. You'll need hand weights for this one. You'll start with standing work for the lower body followed by floorwork for the upper body, then back to standing for some more upper and lower body work. David focuses on integrating functional moves and balance work into the workout, and the result is a refreshing departure from the norm. Total Body Conditioning is approximately 55 minutes.

Cardio Flex also contains three bonus choreography blocks from Spanish Step by Daniel Gonzalez, Step Mechanic by Rebecca Small, and Step Sensation by Robert Steinbacher.

David Stauffer is originally from the USA and has spent most of his fitness career in Europe. He currently teaches classes for Teamwork, a German company that emphasizes fun in its fitness classes. David is also a personal coach for other fitness teachers.
