Chinese Yoga uses active postures to stretch and relax the entire body, and the back, hips, shoulders, and neck in particular. Tai-chi Master Bob Klein suffers from scoliosis (a curvature of the spine) and Chinese Yoga is responsible for restoring and maintaining flexibility in his spine. The DVD is divided into Beginning, Kneeling, Sitting, Reclining, Ball, and Ending Postures. One section incorporates a small unweighted ball (a child's ball will do perfectly). It's filmed outdoors in Bob's pretty backyard garden. Master Bob Klein has studied and taught Chinese Yoga, Tai-chi, and other Oriental healing and fitness disciplines for more than 30 years. |
