Dance with four of the finest aerobics presenters worldwide: Marc-Oliver and Petra Kluike from Germany, Pat Seifried from Switzerland, and Julian Crespo from Spain. Petra Kluike starts the party with a 21-minute assortment of snap and sizzle that will have you gliding and twirling all across the floor. Pat Seifried is next with 17 minutes of direction and rhythm changes, not to mention the utterly original Rocky Balboa move, which the teachers among us will surely want to incorporate into their own classes. Julian Crespo follows with an 18-minute creative medley of spins, hip rolls, and whole-body moves with subtle Latin Dance overtones. You'll then put these three segments together and run through them twice.
Lastly, perennial favorite Marc-Oliver Kluike makes an appearance with not only his acclaimed choreography, but also his legendary sense of humor. His 14-minute routine incorporates almost as much laughter as dance -- and that should be good for some additional calorie burn!
