Two exceptionally well-taught step workouts. No need to be afraid of getting lost in the complex choreography, because
Marc-Oliver Kluike is a pro at building the combos. He's a character, too, so expect to laugh a little. Workout #1 (about 45 minutes) is Symmetrical Step, with 3 blocks of step choreography that are put together at the end. Workout #2, Asymmetrical Step (about 25 minutes) is 2 blocks, also put together at the end. Asymmetrical Step is the more challenging of the two and not for the faint of heart, containing lots of quick turns and fast footwork. |
