Discovering Pilates by Jon Belanger
Two Pilates workouts for all levels of students. Beginner and intermediate students can select Workout 1 (30 minutes), and intermediate and advanced students can select Workout 2 (40 minutes). Former military officer Jon Belanger teaches clearly and pleasantly in a no-nonsense way. In addition to serving 20 years as a military officer, Jon is a Certified Pilates Instructor, a competitive long-distance runner and triathlete, a scuba diver, and a surfer.
