Nine great international presenters bring you nine mini high-low floor aerobics and step aerobics workouts. Keli Roberts starts off with a 5-minute aerobic warmup, followed by Madonna Grimes with a 10-minute hip-hop segment. Next is everyone's favorite step teacher, Rebecca Small, with a 9-minute segment. Petra Kluike then takes you back to the floor with a 12-minute high-low aerobics session, then you're back up on the step with an 11-minute step segment from Caroline Mervielde.
