If you're looking for intensity mixed with pure fun, here you go. Tiffany Reed takes no prisoners in this
mega-sweat-producing kickboxing workout. As if the kickboxing portions aren't intense enough, Tiffany adds cardiovascular
high-intensity intervals after each combination.
After the 39-minute kickboxing interval workout, Tiffany takes you directly into a core interval workout. This 13-minute
segment continues with high-intensity cardio and the moves are focused on targeting the core area. The interval portions of
this part of the workout aren't as cardio-intense as the others, but don't take that to mean they're easy because they most
definitely are not! For example, in one of the exercises, you're in plank position and you touch your hand to the opposite
shoulder, quickly alternating sides. Trust me, it's tough! Finally, you're rewarded for all your hard work with a cooldown,
more (lying-down) core work, and a stretch.
