Four fantastic presenters -- Steve Boedt, Lindsay Mommen, David Van De Velde, Caroline Mervielde -- all from Belgium, take turns presenting segments of high-low aerobic choreography. Each displays his or her own style, but when the combos are all put together at the end, they flow as elegantly as if they were all done by one. One thing is for sure -- they are all enjoying themselves, and you can't help but do the same. The DVD features chapter points for each instructor, so you can select an individual segment if you like, or do the whole thing through for maximum fun. Approximately 60 minutes. |
