A full-body workout that gives you a Body Pump®-style workout at home. Michele Carmichael leads you through all the major muscle groups, varying the tempos and rhythms, to give you a comprehensive, effective weight training workout. After the warmup, you'll do squats, chest, back, triceps, biceps, lunges/calves, shoulders, and core (in that order), and finish with a nice stretch. Michele keeps your motivation up and the fun factor high. You'll need a step bench for some of the exercises, as well as a barbell or body bar, and some dumbbells. Approximately 46 minutes. (Special Note: Your DVD player may display some pixelation on the screen for a couple of seconds at the 15:37 mark.
