Flexibility and the Spine by Donna Amrita Davidge
A very nice 50-minute Kundalini Yoga session, filmed on a beautiful lakeshore. This intermediate/advanced workout is guaranteed to be invigorating and energizing, but at the same time, calming and centering. The exercises are designed to enhance spine flexibility and strengthen/elongate the supporting muscles. Some of the exercises are quite advanced; for example, rolling back and forth between seated forward bend and plough. Intermediate students can perform the advanced exercises at a slower pace than Donna demonstrates.
