Rebecca Small presents a full-body, no-equipment-needed strength training class. But it's actually much more than that --
it's a full-length workshop for fitness teachers as well. Rebecca explains the hows, whys, and whats of constructing and
teaching your own strength training class. If you're not a teacher, that's okay; just follow along with the class as you
normally would. (There are no teaching 'pauses' because Rebecca instructs while performing the exercises.) Teachers will
also appreciate the comprehensive notes that can be downloaded detailing training considerations, exercise selection, and
choreography.

All the exercises in this 69-minute workout use body weight for resistance. You don't need dumbbells, barbells, or
anything else except an exercise mat if you're on a hard floor. Each different body segment has it's own DVD chapter so
you can go directly to a particular part if you choose. Otherwise, do the whole thing for a full-body blast.

The DVD chapters are:

  •    Warm Up
  •    Standing Plyometric Lower Body Conditioning
  •    Standing Lower Body Conditioning
  •    Standing Upper Body Conditioning
  •    Upper Body Conditioning in the Prone Position
  •    Core Training in the Supine Position
  •    Cool Down & Stretch
