Get Real Fit: Advanced Strength Training by Lynn Hahn
Wow, talk about getting some bang for your buck. You'll move through an amazing number of exercises in this 45-minute slow-and-heavy workout. You'll generally do 10 reps of any given exercise using the heaviest poundage appropriate for you and the exercise. The low number of repetitions gives you time to do a lot of different things, and the heavy weight makes the program very effective. Beginner through advanced level exercisers will all find value here. Beginners are encouraged to use poundage that is best for them, while the more advanced are encouraged to heavy up.
