This is not your typical yoga fare, but I found it unique and intriguing enough to warrant a place in our catalog. First off, this is NOT a yoga practice session. Rather, this CD consists of two hypnosis sessions designed to enhance and improve your yoga practice. Session 1 (25 minutes) is for strength and balance, while Session 2 (24 minutes) is for stretching and flexibility. Each session begins with Victoria's induction to get you into a state of relaxed hypnosis. You then focus on a particular pose you want to improve, while Victoria guides you into a deep and detailed visualization. Victoria Wizell is a Certified Master Hypnotherapist and the president of Hypnotherapy of Nevada. |
