JetFuel is actually two 25-minute workouts: JetBall and JetBand. In JetBall, you'll use a stability ball. Michele Carmichael gives you a variety of novel and challenging moves, and one exerciser always shows a less intense option. In JetBand, you'll use tubing or exercise resistance bands for the workout. Michele and her crew use tubing with handles. You'll get a
whole-body workout because Michele does a great job of hitting not only the major muscles, but also the supporting ones. She even gets the inner and outer thighs which a lot of fitness DVDs neglect. |
