Journey Through the Chakras by Ravi Singh and Ana Brett
Beginning with the first chakra and working up through the seventh, you'll do a series of poses intended to open the chakras and allow energy to flow. During the poses, Ravi Singh talks abut what each chakra represents and factors associated with it; his delightful detail is more informative in this area than any other DVD I've seen, making this workout both interesting and invigorating. The entire practice is 90 minutes, or you can choose from either of two half-hour options or from four breathing/meditation sessions.
