Jump Force by Anni Mairs
Step, floor aerobics, and strength and toning all rolled into one interval-style workout. Using light dumbbells throughout the workout, you'll alternate higher- and lower-intensity exercises. Each exercise is done for one minute and then you move on to another. No time for boredom! Anni gives you a choice of 10- or 45-minute cardio workouts, and within the 45-minute section, you can also stop after 25, 30, 35, or 40 minutes. You also get your choice of cool-downs: 2, 5, or 10 minutes. You'll need a step, light dumbbells, and a jump rope for the workout.
