A pleasant and enjoyable blend of cardio and strength work. You'll use light hand weights (1 to 3 lbs) while doing simple
but effective moves. An optional body bar is used for balance, but you can easily use a wall or chair back. Do each move
for one minute and then move on to the next. There are a total of 50 one-minute segments, and Anni Mairs gives you the
option of stopping at each 10-minute point if you prefer. Multiple modifications of each exercise are shown -- one exerciser
does an advanced version, another does a beginner's version, and Anni herself does an intermediate version. This is a
nicely-done and well-thought-out workout guaranteed to keep your interest.
