Physical therapist and Pilates teacher Suzanne Martin guides you through 24 exercises designed to alleviate or prevent low back and pelvic pain and knee problems. Dr Martin says that about 60% of people have some sort of imbalance in the pelvis. She starts with a brief talk and demonstration on pelvic anatomy (about 10 minutes), and then she and her assistant teach and lead you through the Pilates and stretch exercises. Total length approximately an hour and 45 minutes. |
