Piyolet fuses Pilates, yoga, and ballet into a single seamless workout, giving you the benefits of all three disciplines in a novel and interesting way. Roslyn Bazzelle keeps the movements slow and controlled so you can really feel them, and her choreography flows easily from one move to the next. The workout can be done all the way through or you can select one of three sections if you prefer. Section 1 (19 minutes) focuses mainly on flexibility. Section 2 (17 minutes) emphasizes balance and strength. Section 3 (18 minutes) is also strength-oriented. Piyolet is an intermediate/advanced-level workout and you'll want to have some prior experience with Pilates and yoga.
