Follow along with German Pilates instructor Juliana Afram through a series of 11 intermediate/advanced Pilates sequences, and then challenge yourself at the end with an 8.5-minute advanced flow where you do each sequence without breaks. Or if you're short on time (and already an advanced Pilates student), you can skip directly to the flow.
