Pilates guru Jonathan Urla takes a standard Pilates matwork workout and spices it up using light dumbbells and ankle weights. You'll recognize a lot of the standard Pilates moves, such as roll-ups and teasers, but with the added resistance of weights. Jonathan takes you through an entire Pilates matwork session, including the side series, so get get a total body workout.
