Slow Duet by Joyce Vedral
Slow it down in this unique workout built in twos. You'll alternate exercises for two different body parts and then move on to the next duet. The reps are very slow, allowing you to use heavier weights and really feel your muscles cooking. There are separate workouts for upper and lower body, and also a special section where Joyce shows you alternatives for some of the exercises. You'll need dumbbells and a step or bench for the lying-down exercises. If you don't have a bench, Joyce even shows you how to use pillows in the alternative-exercise section.
