Jenny Ford brings us two step and a high/low aerobics workout all on one DVD at a phenomenal price! The two step workouts are Spicy Step and Step by Step, and the high/low (floor) aerobics is called High Low Cardio.
Spicy Step is a 60-minute workout featuring advanced choreography – mostly on the athletic side but with a touch of dancier moves as well. If you’re a choreography lover, this one is right up your alley. Jenny’s impeccable cueing will have you turning and twirling with ease.
Step by Step is a 50-minute step workout for experienced beginners and intermediate-level students. Jenny breaks down the combos more than she does in Spicy Step, but not so much that you lose interest. The combos are athletic-based and a lot of fun, and this workout is an excellent option for those working up to more complex choreography.
High Low Cardio is a 35-minute floor aerobics workout, again for experienced beginners and intermediate students. This one has quickly become a favorite of mine – there aren’t many DVDs being released these days that feature well-constructed and fun high/low choreography, and Jenny really steps up to the plate with this one. It’s short enough to fit in with other activities, and intense enough to give you an excellent cardio workout on its own. The balance between higher and lower impact is perfect, and you can also adjust your impact up or down as you see fit.
