Three luscious, slow-paced vinyasa flow yoga sessions. Deb Dobbin gracefully and elegantly leads you through each practice. There's no feeling here of being rushed as you sometimes get with flow practices -- Deb keeps a steady but calm and deliberate pace. The three sessions are designed to build upon each other in terms of skill, and are at an intermediate or intermediate/advanced level. Sessions A and B (39 and 71 minutes respectively) are filmed on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and Session C (70 minutes) has an indoor setting. Deb Dobbin has taught for 18 years, drawing on her background in Ashtanga, Yin, and Iyengar yoga to weave her own unique style. |
