A full-length step workout as well as a full-length instructor workshop. Rebecca Small and her producer Marcus Irwin once again prove and solidify their reputations as pioneers in the field of instructor training; there is nothing like this on DVD up till now. The design of this workout/seminar combination is simply brilliant. Rebecca builds her signature choreography as elegantly and perfectly as she always does, all the while telling you exactly how she is building it and why. Using three teaching templates, she builds a total of nine combos. Although Rebecca says the choreography is a little toned-down from her normal fare, it is still advanced or higher-intermediate (and still remarkably creative and a blast to do). Highly recommended for all step instructors regardless of experience level, as well as for all step and Rebecca Small fans. Approximately 72 minutes. |
