A two-part workout featuring step and body conditioning. Groove along with Steve and his complex choreography set to an equally groovin' soundtrack. Although complex, Steve's clear breakdowns will have experienced steppers following along like pros. Don't be surprised if you find a big, dumb grin on your face during this one -- it's sheer delight. Approximately 38 minutes. Steve again displays his creativity in the second part of the workout.
