Abbie Appel is new on the fitness DVD scene, but she's not new to presenting. She's a Reebok Master Trainer, an ECA and IDEA fitness presenter, and a Pilates Institute of America Master Trainer, among other things. Here, in her first step DVD, Abbie brings you a circuit-style workout where you'll alternate steady-state step cardio with short athletic-based drills and strength moves. Abbie's step choreography is creative and fun with lots of directional changes and turns. She amply builds her combos and gives you plenty of practice, making this a perfect DVD for intermediate steppers who want to move into more advanced choreography. There are four step/drill/strength circuits, and a fifth step-only combo. At the end, Abbie puts together all the step combos and then splits them for a Cardio Blast.
