Three - count 'em! -- three fabulous step workouts on one DVD, each distinctly different.
The first is XCO Trainer Step taught by Steve Schiemer. It's a beginner/intermediate step workout using light weights
throughout. Steve uses XCO Trainer weights which contain a sandy mixture that moves inside the dumbbell, requiring
enhanced muscle control and activation. You can substitute light dumbbells (one or two pounds). You'll want to keep your
weights light because the arm movements are large and strong. The step choreography is beginner/intermediate as is the
intensity. As always, Steve's cueing is perfect and precise. XCO Trainer Step runs 38 minutes.
Next up is Rebecca Small with Intermediate Step. This one is the perfect class for experienced step fans looking to
advance into more complex choreography. Queen of Step Rebecca Small teaches intermediate/low-advanced choreography
in her usual outstanding style using exact, friendly cueing and brilliant layering and breakdown techniques. There's a
reason step enthusiasts worldwide have nicknamed her the Queen of Step. This workout is 40 minutes.
Last up is Rebecca again, this time with Double Step. There are very few double step workouts on DVD, so this one fills a
real need for both step instructors and step fans. If you don't have two steps, it's okay -- Rebecca builds the combos first
using just one step and then incorporates the second step through layering. Therefore, you can easily stay with the
single-step version if you choose. The choreography in this one is intermediate/advanced and, of course, loads of fun!
Double Step runs 34 minutes.
