Deirdre Morris weaves a creative and - dare I say - groundbreaking tapestry of athletic and complex choreography. It's a totally unique blend, but if I had to compare it to others, I'd say it's a little bit Marcos Prolo (intricate), a little bit Rebecca Small (complex but not dancy), and a little bit Cathe Friedrich (higher intensity). But those are just comparisons; it's Deirdre's own style, talent, and personality you'll see here. Set to a high-energy vocal soundtrack, it's full of directional and rhythm changes that take you to all sides of the step. It's an advanced workout for skilled steppers, but one background exerciser does show modifications of a more intermediate level. This is pure non-stop fun and energy from warmup to cooldown! Just before the cooldown, Deirdre does a great double-step combo (that can easily be done with a single step). There's also an abdominal/core section at the end. Total workout length is 68 minutes. Deirdre Morris is an ACE, AFAA, and Can-Fit-Pro presenter residing in the state of Georgia in the USA. |
