Topless Step Down Under by Min Lomo, Stephen Parker, and Ryan Hogan

From the continent that gave us Marcus Irwin and Rebecca Small, now we have Min Lomo, Stephen Parker, and Ryan Hogan. Following the same teaching principles that put Marcus and Rebecca on the map, while adding their own style and personality, this talented trio takes you through a 62-minute step workout. No, they're not topless -- topless step means that the combinations are not repeated. Each of the three builds a combination from the bottom up, and then you move on to another.

Stephen Parker starts out with a warmup to get you ready for what's to come.

Min Lomo takes over with combination #1. With his spot-on cueing and expert layering, he'll have you traveling and turning all around the step even if you thought you couldn't.

Next up is Stephen Parker. He steadily adds impact and propulsion to his combo, making the final product a real intensity blast.

Ryan Hogan teaches the third combo. He takes you on a ride to all sides of the step with directional and rhythm variations. Ryan also leads the well-deserved cooldown and stretch.

The DVD chapter options give you a choice of doing the entire step workout at once or going directly to the combination you want.
