Yoga for the Young At Heart (15 minutes) is designed to tone muscle, increase circulation, and enhance flexibility and range of motion. Eyes Yoga (14 minutes) starts with eye exercises and moves into postures that help stimulate optical nerves and improve circulation to the eyes. There is a 10-minute warmup in addition to the times listed above. Both programs allow you to choose either English or Hindi instruction.
