Two yoga practices, a lovely music CD, a diet plan for the heart practice, and an asana mini-chart for the heart practice make up this rare package from India. Yoga and Your Heart (15 minutes) concentrates on improving blood circulation to keep your heart healthy. Eyes Yoga (14 minutes) starts with eye exercises and moves into postures that help stimulate optical nerves and improve circulation to the eyes. There is a 10-minute warmup in addition to the times listed above. Both programs allow you to choose either English or Hindi instruction.
