The ultimate in Pilates/yoga blends, Yogilates integrates both disciplines into a flowing and smooth single workout. The DVD has three sections. You can do them as a whole as designed or you can go directly to the section you want if you're short on time. Section 1 (20 minutes) is a combination of both Pilates and yoga and is easier than the other two (notice I didn't say 'easy!'). It can serve either as an extended warmup of a full mini-workout. Section 2 (30 minutes) is more Pilates-focused and Section 3 (35 minutes) is more yoga-focused, but the two disciplines are still integrated in each. All the exercises and poses are at an intermediate/advanced level, and you'll need to have prior experience.
